1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement by and between INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS (ISKCON Kurukshetra), ("Website Owner" or "we" or "us" or "our") and you ("you" or "your") and relate to your participation in the Gita Minds Contest and use of our website, services, and related activities.
By registering for the Gita Minds Contest and using our website, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
2. Eligibility
- The Gita Minds Contest is open to students studying in 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th standards.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Participants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian consent to participate.
- ISKCON Kurukshetra reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify any participant who provides false information.
3. Registration and Payment
- Registration fee of ₹100 is required to participate in the contest.
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Registration is complete only after successful payment confirmation.
- Each participant will receive a unique Registration Code upon successful payment.
- The Registration Code is required for accessing the examination.
- Bulk registrations by schools/institutions are subject to the same terms and conditions.
4. Contest Rules and Conduct
- All contest dates, timelines, and schedules are subject to change at the discretion of ISKCON Kurukshetra.
- Participants must appear for the examination at the designated date, time, and venue.
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
- Participants must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout the contest.
- Use of mobile phones, electronic devices, or any unauthorized materials during the examination is strictly prohibited.
- The decision of ISKCON Kurukshetra and the judging panel is final and binding.
5. Examination and Assessment
- The examination will be conducted in offline mode at designated centers.
- Examination dates: December 15-23, 2025 (as per schedule).
- Participants must bring their Registration Code and valid ID proof for verification.
- Late arrivals may not be permitted to take the examination.
- Question papers and answer sheets are property of ISKCON Kurukshetra and cannot be taken out of the examination hall.
- Results will be declared on December 30, 2025.
6. Prizes and Awards
- Prize distribution will take place on January 18, 2026.
- Winners must be present at the prize distribution ceremony to claim their awards.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- ISKCON Kurukshetra reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value.
- Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the contest.
7. Refunds and Cancellations

8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ISKCON Kurukshetra and protected by copyright laws.
- Study materials and resources provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- The name "Gita Minds Contest" and associated branding are trademarks of ISKCON Kurukshetra.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the contest, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
- ISKCON Kurukshetra is not responsible for any technical issues, website downtime, or payment gateway failures beyond our control.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Registration Code.
- ISKCON Kurukshetra is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the contest.
- The organization is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during travel to/from the examination center or prize distribution event.
- We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or postpone the contest due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Communications
- By registering, you consent to receive communications via SMS, phone, and other electronic means regarding the contest.
- Important updates, examination details, and results will be communicated through registered contact information.
- It is the participant's responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kurukshetra, Haryana.
13. Force Majeure
ISKCON Kurukshetra shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
